We start with a walkthrough — the conference rooms no one books, the supply closet nobody opens, the desks everyone complains about. Shiran and the team look at how stuff actually moves through the office and where it gets stuck. Then we rebuild. That usually means new storage systems, relabeled files, cleared-out cabinets, plus a layout that fits how your team works. We keep things simple so the systems hold up after we leave.

The digital side matters too. Shared drives get cleaned up. File naming becomes consistent. People stop emailing each other to ask where the latest version lives.

No. We work with private offices, small studios, and full corporate floors. The approach is the same; the scope changes.
Can you do the work after hours so we don't lose a day?
Yes. Most teams prefer that we work evenings or weekends so the office is usable Monday morning. We schedule around your team.
Do you handle digital organization too?
Yes. Shared drive cleanup, file naming conventions, and folder structures are part of the work when they're slowing the team down.
How is pricing structured?
Most engagements are scoped after a walkthrough and quoted as a flat project fee. Larger fit-outs or multi-floor work is staged in phases with a fee per phase.
